inME ai Terms of Service
The rules for using inME ai, including eligibility, acceptable use, billing and liability.

- Agreement
By using inme-ai.com or the inME ai chat service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Access by minors is prohibited.
- Your account
One account per person. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
- Accurate details
Registration details must be truthful. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
- What the service is
inME ai provides conversation with fictional companion characters. It is entertainment, nothing more.
- Fictional characters
All companions are invented. They are not real people, they do not represent real people, and nothing they say is a statement of fact.
- Not professional advice
Companion messages are never medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional for anything that matters.
- Acceptable use
Do not use inME ai for anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others, and do not attempt to involve minors in any way.
- Prohibited content
Content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, violent, hateful or that encourages self-harm is forbidden and will end your access immediately.
- No scraping or automation
Bots, scrapers, crawlers and automated clients may not be used against the service without our written permission.
- Security testing
Do not probe, penetration test or interfere with our infrastructure. Report suspected vulnerabilities to us instead.
- Reverse engineering
You may not decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract underlying models or source code from the service.
- Your content
You keep ownership of the messages you write. You give us a limited licence to store and process them so the service can function.
- Our content
Text, design, images, character profiles and branding on inME ai belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
- Trademarks
The inME ai name and mark may not be used for any purpose that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
- Free and paid access
Basic access is free. Optional paid features are described at the point of purchase before any payment is taken.
- Billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval selected until cancelled. The charge appears on the payment method you provided.
- Cancellation
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period and is not prorated.
- Refunds
Refunds are handled case by case and are generally issued where the service failed materially. Contact support with your account email.
- Price changes
Prices may change. Existing subscribers are notified before a new price applies to their renewal.
- Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates and outages happen.
- Changes to the service
Features may be added, altered or withdrawn. Where a change is significant we will give reasonable notice.
- Third-party services
Some functions rely on outside providers. Their failures are outside our control and their terms may also apply to you.
- Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where practical and immediately where necessary.
- Your right to leave
You can close your account whenever you like. Closure removes access and starts the deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.
- Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.
- Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
- Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
- Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which inME ai is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
- Dispute resolution
Please contact us first — nearly everything is resolved that way. Unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
- Severability and updates
If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new date, and continued use means acceptance.
